Job Description
Job specifics and responsibilities:

Solution Design: Develop and document end-to-end ServiceNow solutions based on client
requirements, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. -
Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, guiding
development teams and ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards. -
Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and
requirements, translating them into effective ServiceNow solutions. -
Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize ServiceNow modules and
applications, leveraging your expertise in scripting, workflows, and integrations. -
Integration: Design and implement integrations with third-party systems and tools to create
seamless and efficient workflows within the ServiceNow platform. -
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of ServiceNow solutions to identify and address
any issues or gaps, ensuring a reliable and high-performance system. -
Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including solution designs,
specifications, and guidelines for developers and stakeholders. -
Training and Support: Provide training and support to internal teams and end-users, ensuring a
smooth transition to the new ServiceNow solutions. -
Stay Current: Stay informed about the latest ServiceNow features, updates, and industry trends,
and apply this knowledge to enhance and optimize solutions.
What you'll bring

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect, with a strong track record of successful project implementations.

In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform features, modules, and capabilities.

Expertise in JavaScript, GlideScript, and other scripting languages used in ServiceNow.

Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, and other ServiceNow modules.

Experience with ServiceNow integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and third-party tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.

ServiceNow certification(s) are a plus.
